At Crikey Bottoms, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase.
Returns and Refunds
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or sale items. If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
To request a return, email us at info@crikeybottoms.com with details of the issue and proof of purchase. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligible Resolutions
If your return is approved, you can choose one of the following options:
1. Store Credit
• We will issue an online credit voucher for the value of the returned item(s).
• This voucher has no expiry date and can be used anytime on our website.
2. Exchange
• If you prefer, we can exchange your faulty item for the same or similar product (subject to availability).
• Returned items must be in unused, unopened condition and in their original packaging.
• You are responsible for shipping costs when sending the product back to us.
3. Refunds
• Refunds are only offered if the product is confirmed to be faulty, and you do not wish to accept an exchange or store credit.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns, including:
• Reusable nappies, inserts, or pads
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your products, please follow any care instructions provided. Products damaged due to improper storage or handling are not eligible for returns or refunds.
